Institute for Advancement of Clinical and Translational Science (iACT) was established as a hub institution for the successful development of medical products and devices by bringing superior basic research to clinical trial ahead of the rest of world. Our mission is to reliably deliver the results of medical research to patients at the earliest possible time.

• To facilitate all phases of advanced medical research and development through collaboration with research projects, support of institutions within the university, rapid decision-making, and strategic investment.
• To support innovative research and development concerning clinical trials by collaborating with universities and institutions.
• To support clinical research with state-of-the-art scientific knowledge from a global perspective that contributes to development of innovative medical technology.
