Preemptive Medicine and Lifestyle Related Disease Research Center

Preemptive Medicine and Lifestyle Related Disease Research Center was founded as part of the initiatives envisioned in the Kyoto University Hospital Future Vision 2013. Our center aims to promote individualized preemptive medicine and realize Japanese society with healthy longevity. Our clinical research efforts are focused on identifying the initiation and development of lifestyle-related diseases and cancers in their early stages, which leads to novel approaches to preemptive detection and treatment of diseases.
